The space at Eaton Hall made it easy to move around and capture both groom and bride preparations. That’s the beauty of documentary wedding photography—you get to catch everything as it naturally unfolds.
The ceremony took place outside, with the estate as their backdrop. Honestly, it felt like a movie scene. Melina walked down the aisle with the biggest smile. Keifer’s eyes said it all. They exchanged vows with happy tears and laughter throughout the ceremony. It was beautiful, raw, and real—everything I love about being a wedding photographer.

Right after the ceremony, we snuck away for a little sunset magic. Eaton Hall is seriously a gift during golden hour. The light hit just right, wrapping these two in a warm glow. It was peaceful, quiet, and totally romantic. We wandered around the grounds—capturing beautiful images, with real connection. The posed shots have that editorial feel couples love, but still capture authentic emotion. It’s what I aim for with every wedding.
Once the sun set, the party really started. Speeches had everyone laughing (and maybe crying a little). The dance floor? Packed from the first song. As a documentary-style photographer, I’m always looking for those in-between moments. A hand squeeze. A random dance battle. A guest laughing way too hard. It’s those small things that tell the bigger story.
